Project Introduction
This project is an on-site maintenance service project for the shelves of the climbing scaffold robot, focusing on the regular operation and maintenance guarantee of the climbing scaffold robot and the shelf system to ensure the stable operation of the equipment and the efficient and smooth operation process.
The core work contents of on-site service are as follows:
1.Emergency response to robot malfunctions
Respond quickly to and investigate all kinds of abnormal problems during the operation of the robot, formulate targeted solutions, and restore the normal operation state of the equipment in a timely manner.
2.Special handling of abnormal storage locations
Accurately diagnose and repair abnormal situations such as positioning deviations and storage and retrieval faults in the shelf storage locations to ensure the efficient utilization of warehouse space and the safety of goods storage and retrieval.
3.Full-cycle maintenance and repair of robots
Carry out preventive maintenance work such as daily cleaning, performance testing and replacement of vulnerable parts for robots, and implement professional repair for faulty equipment to extend the service life of the equipment and reduce the failure rate.
