Project Introduction
This project focuses on the core operation and maintenance work of the stereoscopic warehouse, ensuring the stable operation of the storage equipment and the smooth progress of the production process. The core responsibilities include the following three aspects.
1. Deal with equipment failure on site
Respond quickly to on-site equipment failures, arrive at the scene immediately to identify the root cause of the problem, complete the fault repair efficiently, and ensure that the equipment returns to normal operation in a timely manner.
2. Collaborative guarantee at the production site
In response to situations such as palletized goods being too wide or too wide at the edges, or goods falling off during the production process, actively cooperate with on-site staff to carry out goods sorting work to avoid the risk of process blockage.
3. Implementation of equipment maintenance norms
Strictly follow the requirements of equipment inspection, weekly inspection and annual inspection standards. Accurately record the equipment maintenance situation every day, simultaneously shoot the relevant video materials of maintenance, and upload them to the Feishu platform for retention and archiving as required.
